We're new to the area and chose JC Warner from recommendations and online ratings. Shawn came out and did our initial maintenance/service visit. He was prompt, courteous, polite, and did the service quickly and efficiently. After he was done he gave me a complete rundown of our systems, and explained a couple of issues and gave us options and estimates for the repairs. Very pleased with the work and Shawn as the service tech.
First time with this company and they diagnosed the situation and are able to fix what a previous company failed to properly fix. Sorry I didn't call them first, but...

Tech came out. Was a nice guy that explained everything to me. Can tell this company wasn’t trying to upsell. They simply corrected the problem and moved on. You can trust this company.
