Recently, we had to make one of the hardest decisions any pet owner can face—saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Chopper, after 15 wonderful years. Our regular veterinary hospital couldn't see us for four days, but Queenstown Veterinary Hospital made room for us the very same day.
Even though we had never been there before, they treated Chopper—and us—with such kindness, compassion, and respect. They never rushed us through the process. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and made an incredibly difficult day just a little more bearable.
Their genuine care and empathy meant more to us than words can express. Because of the way they cared for our family during one of our most difficult moments, we have decided to make Queenstown Veterinary Hospital our primary veterinarian for our other dog going forward.

When we brought her in for an emergency amputation, we were completely distraught, panicked, and heartbroken. It was one of the most stressful moments our family has ever experienced.
