Jen, our vet tech, was so kind and made me feel at ease. She took her time with Luna and made her feel safe. Dr. Burton was wonderful! She was thorough and kind to Luna! I felt comfortable with how Luna was handled. I did research on local veterinary offices. I have been to others. Parkville Animal Hospital will be my go to! We’ve adopted two senior pitties in the past who have had various health issues and Dr. T has always been open and honest about their prognosis and quality of life. Dr. T is very kind and compassionate and you can tell he truly loves being a vet. The staff is also very kind and our dogs love them. We have a feisty dachshund mix who can be fearful, but the staff and Dr. T are very good with him. When we had to make the last minute decision to euthanize our dog, they made time for us at the end of the day and gave us all the time we needed. Peaches, Phoebe, Fred and Penny say thank you!”
