Friendly and attentive staff. Thorough care without overselling. This is a privately owned practice that has not been purchased by private equity, something I appreciate. I feel my pets receive exceptional care here.
We had an excellent first visit at Prince Frederick Animal Hospital. Wonderful intake staff, vet technicians and annual exams with Dr. Matteson. So thankful they allowed us to bring in all 3 of our pets at the same time and all appointments were on time! Follow-up call on tests was quick and thorough and online shopping for prescription diets was excellent.
if i can give 10 stars then i definitely would. i walked in without an appointment(didn’t know one was needed) and my little guy was taken back immediately. not wanting to speak on the situation but the staff reassured me that that was the best option in that current moment. i want to especially give a shout out to lynn. my family and i are forever grateful for you.
