Great companies have great owners who take pride in their work and who have well trained, extremely competent customer-oriented employees. Greg is a great owner. He and his team installed two units for us. As a former General Contractor and Home Builder his installation of the units was the best and neatest, I had seen. All wiring was neatly dressed, the outside units were installed perfectly level, the installation was completed in one day and the site was thoroughly cleaned. He stands behind his products. A factory error caused one unit to stop working. The temperature that day was 90 degrees plus ad he was at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes at no charge. BTW he also had the most competitive price for the units that he installed for me. I cannot say enough good things about Greg and his staff are the best.
Has anyone heard from Greg lately? I've left him several messages and he hasn't returned them. I know he's gotta be busy this time of year, but this isn't normal for him.
5 years ago when our original unit went out they loaned us a window unit until they were able to replace ours. Today we come home from a weekend away and it’s not working. They showed up early and quickly identified the issue and replaced the broken part on site. All is good in my world. Thank you for always doing an outstanding job!!
