We bought a Sunsetter Motorized EasyShade Platinum shade for our Siding glass door. NewBrook Home Improvements is an authorized Sunsetter dealer. I reached out and made an appointment for an in home visit. Dermot, the owner, came out and showed us the options available. It was a very relaxed meeting. No pressure whatsoever! It was a very pleasant purchasing experience. We put down a deposit and there was a 3 week waiting period as Sunsetter had to build the shade to our specific size, that Dermot measured for. When the guys from NewBrook finished with the install, it fits like a glove and looks great!! We are very pleased!
Newbrook Home Improvement was excellent from start to finish. They responded promptly when I reached out, offered fair pricing, and did phenomenal work repairing my siding and gutters after tree damage. The crew was pleasant to work with, and they did a great job with cleanup too. Highly recommend!
