I was a walk in and received prompt service, my stylist was very young, I wasn't nervous and didn't need to be. Kudos to Savannah (savvy) for a killer cut for an awkward do. I will be bringing my daughters to you from now on!

My experience at this location was great. (The salon was very busy, and I didn't have an appointment, so I wasn't very optimistic when I arrived.) That said, ... the stylist that was at the computer was very pleasant, greeting me as I walked in. She was able to book me in immediately with Kaylee, who was very nice and professional, asking me lots of questions to make sure that she knew what I wanted. . . . What impressed me most about Kaylee was that she wasn't afraid to confer with Stacey when "my hair wasn't cooperating" while she was cutting my bangs. (Stacey showed her why that was - and I was happy that I learned why as well!) ... read full review
