The space is exceptionally clean and calming. She is a professional who knows massage and how the body works. I love the ease of booking online, and I always feel great after a treatment. She is the best in the county.

I cannot say enough about Tamela at Exhale Spa. She is absolutely incredible. I’ve had two deep tissue massages, one relaxation massage, and a body polish. I have been beyond happy with every treatment. If you have knots like I do, you MUST visit Tamela for a deep tissue massage. Her relaxation massage is glorious…I fell asleep! The body polish left my skin feeling luxurious. The spa is relaxing, clean, and smells delish. I will ONLY go to Exhale Spa from here on out.
