The most unprofessional therapist company I have ever dealt with. Charged my bank account without permission and made up charges. Be extremely careful with using this service they cannot be trusted with your financial information! I wish I saw these reviews before using them!
Most unprofessional counselor I have ever met. She was late for all appointments, ended early and overcharged. There should be an option for zero stars as that is more reflective of her abilities.
My therapist didn't show up 3 times (I sat there 30 minutes + each time) and then tried to charge me for canceling with a phone call 1hr before my appointment. I didn't feel like a priority. This was over a year ago at this point
