I came in with a bar retainer issue. My previous orthodontist’s office in Prince Frederick was very rude, so I walked out, after a contentious interaction with the female owner. Because I needed attention asap, I went directly from my previous orthodontist’s to Chesapeake. The receptionist at Chesapeake was very kind, understanding and got me the earliest appt she could. When I arrived back for my appt. I was greeted kindly and treated well, by this office who did not even have my business for braces. I would highly recommend Chesapeake Orthodontics. I needed to get braces for a second time, as an adult, and Dr. Hao did an excellent job coming up with a plan for my sensitive case. Now my daughter will be needing orthodontic treatment and we will be going with Dr. Hao again. He is so knowledgeable and informative, also caring and fun. The staff in the Prince Frederick office have all been great every time I've been there.
We just had our first consultation and Dr. Hao was amazing at explaining what and why for all recommended treatments. He is clearly a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor and didn’t push anything on us, instead going over the pros and cons for each option and letting us decide.
