Awesome from scheduling & texting appt. reminders to feeling welcomed and the friendliness/efficiency of the front office. Dr. Connolly and his assistant were kind and professional. No rushed feeling from them at all. I appreciated their demeanor. I felt at ease and have complete confidence in Dr. Connolly as my situation is not elective.
The staff are polite and professional, but with a sense of humor, which makes it much more pleasant than a dermatology appointment would be otherwise. I’ve been there several times now and have consistently had a great experience with everyone from the from desk to the nurse and the P.A. that examined me.
I had a great experience at Anne Arundel Dermatology in Prince Frederick. Without exception, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Ferrera provided excellent, thorough care. I've already recommended the practice to friends, and I look forward to returning whenever I need dermatology services!
