East West Tae Kwon Do

We have tried a lot of activities, but nothing ever seem to stick. That is until we started taekwondo. Master Holder is wonderful with the kids, so motivating! My girls love to go to class and have gone from one day a week to three days a week. They just got there yellow belt and the pride on their faces passing the test was wonderful to see. ! They get a great workout and I can see the difference in their energy and stamina. Couldn't be more excited!

My child attends East West Tae Kwon Do's after school program and looks forward to going. The East West instructors are so skilled at working with children and teaching them the Tae Kwon Do moves and tenets. The environment is positive, focused and encouraging. Highly, highly recommend.

These guys are already amazing in person, and even more so running the Zoom remote training sessions during COVID-19. Between our work and kids school, we have seen (and run) so many flat Zoom calls; nothing replaces in-person interaction, but Tam & Pierre are real pros! Delivering instruction to kids over video and keeping them engaged is no easy feat. Tam and Pierre keep the energy level up and atmosphere positive, and having one deliver instruction while the other "spots" and holds the kids accountable is really effective.
