“What an amazing experience!I had a problem with my two year old tankless water heater that stopped working on a cold Sunday morning. I contacted the manufacturer the next day and they helped me but it stopped heating the next day. My warranty for parts was still active but the labor expired after 1 year. They would pay for any parts but I would have to hire a plumber to diagnose and fix it. They then gave me Joseph Simpson & Son’s contact info as their trusted installer.After speaking briefly with Mr. Simpson, answering a few questions and giving him the error codes on the display, he suggested that back flush the unit. He then told me exactly how to do it. I followed his instructions and the water heater is now working great!I appreciate his honesty, integrity and genuine customer care.He even followed up with me the following day to make sure that it was still working properly.I was pleasantly surprised, but I got the impression that this is just who he is.He could have came over and fixed it himself without saying a word and I would have still been happy. Instead, he diagnosed it over the phone for free.Mr. Simpson will definitely be the first person I call whenever I need plumbing work done. Thank you so much!“

“If I could give more stars I would! Our ejector pump failed and our finished basement flooded. After the cleanup, we got referred to Campbell's. They came out within 2 days and were very fairly priced. They replaced the ejector pump, well tank, and hot water heater. They were extremely professional and responsive. I will absolutely use them again for any plumbing work.“
