I had a great experience with HVAC tech Bobby. He arrived on time and throughly performed the system tune up. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated how clean he kept the work areas. Highly recommend
In 2021 Berthiaume placed an order for MrCool DIY Mini Split, took the time to help us know exactly what we needed to order, even though we were out of state. Fast forward to 2026, the blower motor on one of the units is making a high pitched noise. Once again, Berthiaume sales was very helpful ordering the part. Very professional & quick to respond. Berthiaume Heating & Air Services are the absolute best heating and A/C company I have ever dealt with. Installed my new heat pump system and was always available to answer questions I had. In addition, they adjusted the existing furnace to run better than new. They are not only the best Heating A/C company but should be a model for anyone starting a new business.
