I've been coming attending Friday night country line dancing classes for nearly 6 months. Such a fun time and great way to get my steps in. In addition to this class, they offer lots of other exercise classes and the full spectrum of spa services as well.

The fragrant herbs and aromotherapy products in the reception area sets the spa vibe perfectly. The atmosphere is very calming and serene.

The owner, Mrs. Frances, always greats us Friday night students with warmth. She even takes the dance classes with us. The rest of the staff I've encountered have exuded the same welcoming energy.

My recent/first experience here was amazing! The staff is great and scheduling my appointment online was very easy.I had a deep tissue massage and my masseuse, Betty was very professional and paid close attention to my specified areas of tension. I highly recommend her if you’re considering a deep tissue massage.

I have been going here for years and every year there is something wonderful and new..I especially enjoy the body care services from Massage, Detox and Body Wraps to the Facials, Back Facials and Body Contouring...I'm so hook on the services that take special care of me...love this place ,the customer service is awesome, the environment and location is perfect
