Mr. Raker diagnosed my issue over the phone. And was willing not to charge me anything for his diagnosis. However, my home warranty requires a in house diagnosis for repairs or replacement. Mr. Raker arrived at my home and spend 30 mins explaining the issue with my washer, called a friend to discuss pricing for a new drum insert, and advised again and in writing to buy a new washer. He then told me about the best washer to purchase from his experience in the appliance repair industry. I would highly recommend he and his son to anyone wanting a friendly relationship with their technicians.
