Kinda surprised that there aren't more good reviews for this business. I would also love to have them service our pool but I understand all pool companies in this area are shortstaffed, so this review is for their retail store. Katie is knowledgeable and helpful - she tested my water for free and gave me some good advice on salt vs chlorine, as well as replastering which we were considering. They helped me with an uncooperative ladder as well. They are the kind of place that won't sell you on something you don't need and they stand behind what they sell. They are my go-to guys on pool questions.
Kris is amazing and the rest of the family/employees are top notch. Sure wish they were closer but worth the drive as they are expert in chemical testing and coaching for those not super familiar with pools. Had our pool replastered by Pools Unlimited and they highly recommend we go with A and S. It's been a wonderful experience.
Kris and her team were extremely helpful this spring as we tried to get a pool that was uncovered all winter up and running. Their guidance helped tremendously. Appreciated all the help and the immediate access to the chemicals and products we needed.
