“I went to get my hair cut and the stylist and I talked about my hair, what did I like or dislike, how much time I spent on styling, etc. After the haircut, I wasn't sure about it and she told me not to worry, I could come back and she'd take care of it. Well the next day, after washing and styling it, it just wasn't what I liked at all. I returned, and explained I just didn't like it at all. The same stylist was there and when she saw me, she knew what I was going to say! She seated me in the same chair, and gave me just what I wanted! NO CHARGE!! Some salons say they will fix at no charge, but GREAT CLIPS, actually stands by their words!!!“
