Cecil Avenue hair studio has always taken care of my needs and have been very pleasant. Finally found a salon that has a great atmosphere always feel welcome. Jeff and Scarlett always do an amazing job perfectly cutting my hair.
Absolutely loved coming here, Jeff was amazing, I walked in with black hair and left with the “Cowboy copper” color I had wanted and it looks BEAUTIFUL. The place has a great vibe.
I went to get my hair done, after not having it done for many years. Jeff was absolutely amazing in every aspect. The conversation was very therapeutic, and my hair was done above my expectations
