She made sure to take her time measuring, drawing out my eyebrows, making sure it's what I really wanted and included my opinion & concerns. She made sure to provide precise instructions, and after care. Her color match is spot on. And it was painless, probably because she numbed my brows. “I have been a client of MaryAnne for 22+ years - since she was in Old Ellicott City. She has worked miracles with my hair! It used to be just blah and breakage, but was recently described by an acquaintance of mine as “the most beautiful hair of any woman I know”! I see her for color and styling - and she is the only one who can get my color right (which I learned when others tried after the OEC shop got flooded out in ‘16 and ‘18).
