Steve (now owner) was professional and on time. It is a family owned business. My dishwasher ended up working but he said if it acted up within 30 days that he can come back to take a look with no extra charge by AHS. It can be hard to reach them via phone, but with a little patience and understanding it all works out. Good experience for me overall.

My home insurance connected me with the Vandervort appliance company for repairs on my stove . I look the company up on the internet and was shocked with all the poor reviews,and the reasons, I was concerned, but had a totally different experience;as Mathew contacted me before he arrived, and he was very polite,and made a fast assessment of the problem,and now my stove is working properly. I did receive one call from the office to set up the appointment, and the lady on the other end was very pleasant as well. I would use them again.
