Unfortunately, I have been to many different Physical Therapy offices but this Med-Star team really focuses on listening to the patient and tailors your recovery based on what you tell them. Very professional, friendly, staff who makes it their priority to give you the recovery program to fit your needs.
The team at Medstar PT are not only professional, but they keep the environment inviting and warm. Not all patients can say they’re exactly excited about going to PT, I on the other hand am happy that I have a PT who cares and who has built a rapport with me. And by the way, my surgery was at UMMC St. Joes, and I decided to come to Medstar for my therapy. That should say something :)
I had a very good experience at Medstar Physical therapy. My therapist was Jacqueline Tae. She helped me in reducing the numbness and tingling in my leg which i had been experiencing for years. She identified the problem area and gave me the right stretches. Always thankful to her.
