My 5-year-old enjoyed seeing the animals and playing around. Had great flavors at the snowball stand and the Koi pond was beautiful. Unfortunately, the bakery apple cider donuts were below average, and the customer service in the gift shop was disappointing. We were treated as though we were an inconvenience.

Great prices on plants, nice assortment of treats in their market. They really just need to focus on a customer friendly attitude, if you're going to be in that type of business, you need to be kind to everyone, treat people like they're a friend and not a burden.

We love coming here every year and have begun to bring our grandson too! He loves to see the animals and play on the bus and ship. I have to take a star off because of the woman in the little shop,always not pleasant to deal with!
