I'm not sure her name but she was really sweet & made check-in easy. The tech that helped me was so nice & easy to talk to. Her name was Emily & she was great during the casting process. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. The staff at check out were very warm as well. My daughter did great during the whole experience & the staff were loving her & her new cast.“
