I have used Drain Pro for the last few years, both professionally and personally. They sent out a tech as soon as they can and have come out on emergency calls. The techs I have delt with are professional and polite. I recommend them to anyone that needs sewer cleaned.
Sent an email request to ask if they could help with a clog in a pool filter suction line. Got a call back that they do work on pools but needed to have a specialist call me to discuss. Specialist called me back the next day and discussed all the equipment they had for locating and dislodge any obstructions. When the technician arrived, he went over all the steps he would undertake to locate the blockage and what could be done to remove it. After a few camera inspections, the obstruction (a child's pool hat) was located and removed.
