DrainPro, LLC is a great company that is professional, fast, and reliable. They are highly recommended for their work on clogs, sewer lines, and pool filter suction lines. The technicians are skilled and have the necessary equipment to locate and remove obstructions. They are responsive, flexible, and easy to work with, with very reasonable charges. DrainPro is trustworthy, and their prices are reasonable. They care about their customers and always get the job done well. The company has been used by many for their personal and rental properties, and they have consistently delivered good service. In emergency situations, such as drain backups, they can arrive quickly and complete the work efficiently. Overall, DrainPro is a company that can be counted on to provide excellent service and solve problems effectively. They have a lot of experience and expertise, and their technicians are instrumental in proactively avoiding sewer backups.
Sent an email request to ask if they could help with a clog in a pool filter suction line. Got a call back that they do work on pools but needed to have a specialist call me to discuss. Specialist called me back the next day and discussed all the equipment they had for locating and dislodge any obstructions. When the technician arrived, he went over all the steps he would undertake to locate the blockage and what could be done to remove it. After a few camera inspections, the obstruction (a child's pool hat) was located and removed.
Our townhouse HOA just had a very timely routine inspection of our sewer lines with drainPro. Justin the plumber found a blockage in a main line that was already backing up and would have been in the basement of 2 homes within hours. Justin jetted the roots and cleared the blockage before it became a major insurance claim.
I have used drainPro for almost 20 years to inspect, repair and clean the sewer lines at several townhouse communities. Very very professional. Care about their customers. Always get it right and very trust worthy. Prices are reasonable and the job is always well done. I’m always more than pleased when I call and the work is completed with not having to do a call back on the work.
