I had my blood drawn today by Ken, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made the entire experience quick and comfortable. Drawing blood can sometimes be stressful, but Kem was gentle, confident, and put me at ease right away. Her friendly attitude and excellent bedside manner truly stood out. Thank you, Kem, for making what is usually an unpleasant task such a positive experience! Highly
I have recently visited this office twice in the past 3 months and I must admit I had the best care I could have hoped for. PA, DOMINIQUE GRIFFIN is excellent. She is very attentive with her follow ups and recommendations through MyChart or in-person communication in person. Scheduling for next visit is flexible.
Love Love Haley Zimmerman, CRNP . she takes time to listen and will do what she can to help with whatever is going on medically. She holds compassion and actually sits with you and doesn't rush. When it feels like I am talking with a close friend when I go for any appointment speaks volumes for my own mental health. I want to give a shout out to Kem, shes the queen of blood draw only phlebotomist that can find a vein on first stick and not leave a bruise. However, can we touch on her welcoming personality and her sense of humor. Its not every blood draw do you find someone that takes the time to see how your day is and eases the pressure before poking. Left yesterday...read full review
