Love Love Haley Zimmerman, CRNP . she takes time to listen and will do what she can to help with whatever is going on medically. She holds compassion and actually sits with you and doesn't rush. When it feels like I am talking with a close friend when I go for any appointment speaks volumes for my own mental health. I want to give a shout out to Kem, shes the queen of blood draw only phlebotomist that can find a vein on first stick and not leave a bruise. However, can we touch on her welcoming personality and her sense of humor. I had a great experience during my physical as a new patient. From start to finish, the staff was warm and attentive. The medical assistant, Fatima, kindly offered me a snack and beverage after I told her I didn't have time to eat prior to my appointment (busy new mom). Fatima's thoughtful gesture made a big difference in how I felt. She was so sweet and welcoming.

PA Courtney Schock was kind, thoughtful, and thorough. She took her time and really listened to my concerns. It’s rare to feel that level of attentiveness in a medical setting. I left feeling reassured and supported. Thank you all for such a positive experience!

Kem took my blood so quick before I even realized what was going on. She was the fastest and most efficient person Ive ever had the pleasure of getting my blood drawn by. Give this woman a day off ! she deserves it.
