i got my tragus + nose pierced here on 07/12/2026 as a walk in + had such a great experience. they got me in quickly + the whole process was smooth from start to finish. tricia was my piercer + she was superrrrr informative; patient; attentive; + genuinely so sweet throughout the entire appointment. she took her time explaining everything; answered all of my questions; + made sure i felt comfortable before starting. you can tell she really cares about her clients + wants them to have the best experience possible.

Highly recommend the shop. The staff are all friendly and attentive. This is my first stop for jewelry. They have a wide range of styles and prices, and everything is good quality. I'm always well taken care of, great folks.
Brandon Stum did a great job on both my tattoo and my daughter's touch-up of hers. Clean lines, good ideas for the art work, and quick work. Will happily go back and ask for him again. The shop itself was also great: good customer service, very clean, and interesting decor to look around at.
