Jose did a great job helping me order Bilstein 6112 and 5100 heavy duty shock suspension kit. I showed up for my appointment at 9am and job completed at 3pm. Owner Chris and daughter Maddie kept me informed during process which turned out to be a tough job as the front cap was all rusted and took 2 hours to remove. Maddie showed me the pics. They stuck with the quoted price $1800 which included alignment and tax, way under the price quoted by the Ford dealer. It was well worth the wait, as my 2016 F150 rides great now after OEM shocks replaced. I’ve only tested on the road. I will update my review after off-roading/overlanding in W. Virginia mountains, hopefully soon.... read full review

I brought in a car that had paint, and dye all over the inside of the windows, I made it much more difficult for them to complete the tints that I wanted. They got all the residue, paint and even finished all my tints within 3 hours! Not only that but the whole staff there is absolutely amazing, great customer service, very welcoming and overall best experience you could find at any store! They have you covered no matter what, if you haven’t been here before I highly recommend!
