Kelly is the sweetest person, but make no mistake, she's all about her business in the best way. She's professional, punctual, and always delivers. Her salon is clean, calming, and inviting. And honestly, her conversation and energy are just as top-tier as her nail work.
Quick note: This perspective is coming from a structured gel mani and pedi girly. But I'm confident that if I wanted to take things up a notch, Kelly could absolutely make it happen!

I came in wanting a full take-off to start fresh, but he let me know that a fill-in would work just fine for now—and suggested I come back in two weeks if I still wanted a new set. I appreciated the transparency and his attention to the health of my nails.
Also, he (very kindly) let me know I needed to clean up my eyebrows—which I actually appreciated! I’d rather hear it than walk around unbothered and unbrowed, lol! Will definitely be back. Thank you, Peter!“

“Yesterday, I had the most exquisite experience getting a facial at Lovely Overload Spa. First the spa was nicely decorated with an array of real plants, very clean and decorated superbly. My facial was done methodically as the aesthetician explained each products use based on my oily skin type, while listening to some soft music in the background and lying comfortably on a message bed. !
