After calling around to every appliance and appliance repair store in a 100 mile radius, Careem not only called us back & was willing to sell us the part for our broken oven that we desperately needed, but he came directly to our home to help us with the repair. He still only charged us for the necessary part. Hosting Christmas dinner tomorrow wouldn’t have been possible without Racz Appliance Repair.

10 out of 10!! Superior customer service. Called on Sunday afternoon and Kareem was at my home within 2 hours. He was professional and very knowledgeable about my refrigerator repair. Once the parts came in, the refrigerator was promptly fixed. His price was very reasonable. Hopefully, I won’t have to use him again, but if I do, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
