I called Joppa Cleaners yesterday morning to inquire about a rivet dog tag being affixed to my dog's new collar. I do not possess the specific tools to pierce the thick nylon fabric, so I knew this was likely a task for a tailor and shoe repair service. They told me that I could bring the collar in for them to determine if they could do the job. I was helped immediately and they recommended that I go to Joann Fabric to purchase rivets for the dog tag. They were able to assist on the spot without an appointment, and they were so careful in the placement of the tag, as not to cause any discomfort to my dog while he's wearing it. I was having problems with my jeans holes ripping too much and Anna quickly and efficiently fixed and covered them. They look like new and I love how my jeans look now.I will definitely come back.

I always take my jeans and dresses here for alterations I need and clothes to be dry cleaned and they always do a great job and they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this place!
