We have known Crystal for many years even prior to her going to work at Great Clips. She is always professional, caring, and understands what we want done. She cares about her clients needs and wants, she is amazing. Absolutely love her!

I went to the shop at Waltham woods in Parkville today. My stylist, Jessica, did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted and made me feel very at ease. She was extremely personable and professional! I honestly think that was the most pleasant experience I ve had at a salon.

Jessica is the absolute best! This is the first person I’ve found who actually gives me the haircut I want, I have long curly hair and as a guy I always get scalped but she never misses! Would give more stars if I could
