Steve is amazing. He is honest, Knowledgeable, and priced fairly. He always takes care of our family and friends and has continued his family tradition at this local garage that has been in business for 40+ years. I would 10000% recommend!

This is a multi-generational family business where everyone is treated like family. There is more than enough knowledge and experience here to service /repair your vehicle with first-class care. There is enough honesty and integrity to earn your confidence to become a regular customer.

Do not get your car serviced here. I've had two separate occasions where I've either been ripped off or my car has left in a worse state than when it got there. The first time i took my car in to get brakes replaced only to find out they were never changed with the mechanic claiming that they didn't need replacing despite a very distinct squealing coming from the front tires. Checked them out later with a friend who has worked on cars before only to find the front brakes were near the end of their life cycle. When I tried confronting the business about the issue, they played dumb and basically ignored my grievances. More recently, i decided to give them a second chance for some stupid reason. I needed a new battery and shortly after getting Cub Hill to replace it, the transmission completely failed. Now I struggling to get a new transmission possibly due to the work of Cub Hill Auto. Do not give these people your business, Steve is a con artist and will put you in a worse place than when you got there. (My vehicle is a 2015 ford escape so take that for what it is. Ford is garbage as well)

Cub Hill Auto is now my go to place from this point forward. Steve is the guy I talk to there & he really took care of me when I was there. We had the car dropped off the night before & had it back by the next day. He really kept up with us so we had nothing to worry about. Quite the great experience!

Steve at Cub Hill is the best around. He is quick to answer any and all questions I have, and never makes me feel silly for asking them. He is always able to accommodate my schedule and I trust that he is doing what’s best for me and my car. Steve’s kindness has gone a long way for me and I would recommend anyone to go to Cub Hill Auto!

Broke down in front of this shop in my classic Grand Wagoneer in September of 2022; the old girl stalled and I drifted into the parking lot and could not restart. The mechanic said he had enough work and refused to help me because he "was booked two weeks out." I explained to him that I wasn't trying to be sly and skip the line and that I literally BROKE DOWN IN FRONT OF YOUR SHOP! I didn't want to jump the queue, I just needed him to take 2 minutes to see if he (a mechanic) could spot anything obvious that I (not a mechanic) couldn't. Did not matter, and I have to get it towed because he doesn't need any more work. The problem turned out to be a loose connector on the ignition coil that sometimes made contact and sometimes wouldn't, causing the stalling and no-start situation. An easy problem that any competent mechanic could have easily spotted (at least mine did, but only after I had to pay over $100 to tow the Jeep 1 1/2 miles to my normal mechanic) But if this is how they act and treat people I'll consider that $100 town a small price to pay to go a quality mechanic
