I have nothing but good things to say about the two health professionals who have treated me. Teresa Dyer, now retired, and Becky White-Dragon, both Certified Nurse Practitioners are the most thorough, knowledgeable, and caring medical staff I have ever had. Both willing to spend as much time discussing my concerns and answering my questions during appointments. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of issues in the past with front desk personnel, but that seems to have been an administration problem, which has now, in my experience, been resolved.
Concur with others that clinicians/lab techs are good, but front desk staff and administration needs a lot of work. I'll spare you the details other than to say I received inconsistent, erroneous, and conflicting info from front desk staff (who are clearly trying to do their best). The breakdown must be in administration. No training, no policies, no clear info. Literally said my paperwork was incorrect because doctor did not check a box...a box that does not exist. Also received one particularly egregious question from front desk. Had me in tears. But my doctor came through for me. Only reason not 1 star was due to actual appointment experience. I’ve been seeing Dr. Leonard for nearly three years and she has been fantastic. If it weren’t for her, I likely would have changed offices. About six months ago my experience with the front desk/admin would have lowered my rating, but I’ve noticed a big improvement recently. Because of those changes and the excellent care from Dr. Leonard, I’m happy to give five stars.
