They were great, last minute whole staff Keira and Asia, or Asha, could be wrong with her name, but great service. Anyone who is tender head go to Vision. But you might have to bring your own hair call ahead. Prices are steep pending on style. Pay for great service. Up front, no BS
Had a wonderful first experience at Visions Braid Bar. I did a lot of research and reviews before trying this place and I'm glad I did because the girlies weren't lying, this place is wonderful. I got large knotless braids in under 3 hours (not including the wash and dry which was about 45 minutes). Binta, the owner, did a thorough consultation of exactly what I wanted and we came up with a plan with the stylist, Vicky. My braids exceeded expectations. I'll for sure be back! And I was hesitant because my last few braiding experiences in DC have been okay, but I ended up redoing a bunch of braids because they didn't look how I hoped--that will not be the case here. My Vision braids frame my face exactly how I hoped, aren't heavy, and look wonderful.
Visions was once again a wonderful place to get services! Michelle was excellently professional and warm. From her shampoo and blow dry services, to medium knotless braids, Michelle took good care of me. She regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. As someone who is "tender headed" and concerned about my edges, she did a great job adjusting the grip from the back to closer to my edges. I would most definitely love to visit once again and have her as my stylist!
