I had a pleasant experience with one issue. I got butterfly locs and they lasted a good 3 months. My only complaint was after 2 days one of the locs fell out, I can blame that on my thin hair however the loc was too heavy. I went back to the shop to have the loc reinstalled and there was not ONE person in the shop that could help me. I had to come back on a day when the stylist was there. That was a real inconvenience. My stylist was delightful. The shop can use some sprucing up.
