I have been here before and had good care. Came in today because I might have a fractured/broken toe and it takes appts only! Like why does it say Walk ins welcome at the front then? What is EXPRESS URGENT if you have to make an appt beforehand? Just disappointed.
Follow up to my last review after sitting 10 minutes I was called to the back, with no appointment. Thank you so much for realizing I knew nothing of the new appointment policy. A lovely young lady Makayla took the time to explain why this was created. She was also patient and caring! Also new addition PA O Akinbobola was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I always loved the service I receive here that's why I travel there, do not live in the area. Thank you wonderful staff please continue to take one's health seriously.

The place I went to seemed very incompetent. I was so angry I got up and left called to complain and reschedule.
