Had my first visit with them today and had the best time. I have always dreaded coming to the dentist for cleanings but the staff here is very warm and so kind. I am so glad that I was able to find this office I love that there is a lot of parking available. Everyone I encountered from the front desk, X-ray tech, and dentist were wonderful!!
I came to this orthodontist after putting off braces for years because I thought treatment would be too uncomfortable and time consuming. During the consultation, the orthodontist explained everything in a calm and realistic way instead of trying to pressure me into starting immediately. That made a huge difference honestly. The office is usually busy, especially in the afternoons, but appointments still move efficiently once you’re checked in. One time my wire came loose while I was out eating with friends and it started poking the side of my mouth badly. I will say this, I have been going to Harbor Dental for about 16 years. What keeps me staying there is NOT the dentist themselves, but the Dental Hygienist; Particularly the Hygienist by the name of Carmen. She is so good, she could open her own practice of cleanings only, if she chose. If she is not available or not working on the day I schedule, I will not make an appointment, unless she is there. It is noted in my records, Patient will Only see Carmen for cleanings. It's the front line folks that makes Harbor Dental Shine.
