On August 19, 2024 I had my contact lenses exam. The staff placed an order for a year supply of contact lenses that day. A month has passed and I have still not received my contact lenses. What is causing the delay?

absolutely the worst customer service AFTER they get your money ...called about the status of my order (2 pair of glasses) that I have been waiting on for 4 weeks ...was told "they busy doing other stuff they will get to me"... only cause I had to give a star to proceed otherwise no stars from me
