On August 19, 2024 I had my contact lenses exam. The staff placed an order for a year supply of contact lenses that day. A month has passed and I have still not received my contact lenses. What is causing the delay?

Awesome customer service. Very caring, patient, the Oxon hill office, was very professional and took time to examine my eyes. Met my insurance requirements and even had my paperwork for DMV eye paperwork done for me to send in. Especially John my customer service person was wonderful! So happy with my service!

I dropped into this location because their hours were better than other locations in my area. Fab service! This was my first time at this location. I took my son to get a pair of glasses. Their friendly, but professional approach helped us to check out quickly with frames that we were highly satisfied with. I let them know we wanted to stay in the budget with our insurance and they were on point giving me a breakdown of everything and making sure I was clear on pricing before we committed to our purchase. Thank you to their awesome front staff!
