I took my PS5 to Cyber PC Laptop hoping for a quick repair, but my experience was terrible. They charged me $80 upfront and in the end, my PS5 wasn’t repaired at all. No explanation, no solution—just a wasted $80. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked about a refund or next steps. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers results.

Helped Fix PS5 Controller for a very reasonable Price and made it go from damaged to good as new. Would highly recommend for any issues regarding Tech Hardware Problems

Brought my surface pro tablet to Gabriel and his team for a battery replacement. They did an outstanding job, and were fast professional and even replaced some parts that was above what I paid for. Would highly recommend Cyber PC Laptop if you have any broken electronics you need fixed great business

They will scam you. Do Not Come Here. Stole $50 from me. I repeat do not come here there are plenty of other honest stores. They lie on price and you can see on social media. Quoted 125 charged me 175 and worst part is didn’t even fix my sons Xbox. Stay away from here. I’m screenshot for reference as a receipt since I was not provided one. They claimed to fix Xbox on 12/17/2025 and they claim to give 60 day warranty. Again Xbox still does not work.
