I came to Serendipity Salon after dealing with serious damage from previous braid styles—tension, cheap products, and a balding spot I’m now nursing back to health. From the moment I sat in Toni’s chair, I knew I was in the right place.
She took her time explaining exactly what was going on with my hair and laid out a clear treatment plan to help rebuild and restore it. Her knowledge is unmatched, and the way she communicates is so kind, thoughtful, and easy to understand. I received a hair‑rebuilding treatment, a trim, a blow‑dry, and two‑strand twists, and my hair already feels healthier.
