Visited on 7.15 (have visited in the past for pedicures). This particular visit included a pedicure and an eyebrow waxed. I was burned in several areas along my brow line. This left me extremely distressed as I was scheduled to travel for the weekend. I went back to the establishment the next day to inquire about a refund. I was told the owner was out of town but would contact me in a few days. As of today, that follow up has not happened. Will be seeking legal counsel to discuss a refund or solution to rectify the matter.

These people cannot do basic designs. They offered to use stickers instead of being able to do some simple nail art. They completely ignored by requests and said they were still charging even though I wasn’t satisfied with the result. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This place looks good but the skill level of the nail techs is below average. They could not even paint my nails without getting gel polish on my skin. They will surely give you to the new person if you let them.

I really like Village Nail Bar! The location is great, with a green park right in front where kids can play. Their work is very professional, prices are affordable, and they also offer waxing services. Overall, an amazing experience!

Worst nails i’ve ever gotten in my life. I will not be returning. I asked them if they could fix them and they didn’t change much of anything. Nancy did my nails. i cant believe this not worth $60

I just left this so called nail place. It’s horrible! My nails looked worse than when I first got there if that’s possible and then the lady cut me twice. She told me I was dry, sat me under the nail dryer which she forgot to turn on and left. I literally walked to my car got in and that was it. As you can see my nails were not dry. She was rushing to get to somebody else who was going to spend more money. I paid $60. I only gave a $5 tip and she really didn’t deserve that. I did get a pedicure which looked like I did it myself. I was told the pedicure was $35. Why did I only receive $25 as a refund? Meanwhile while I was getting my pedicure the lady and some guy that worked there were making hand gestures as to what to charge the person in front of him. This was my first and last time there. I’m thinking the other young lady was new to the establishment as well. They will make up prices as they go if you are new. If you see this place run!! Go somewhere else!
