I went to pick up a mobile order from the Sephora and Owings Mills on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at about 3pm. It was a very rainy day, yet the store was moderately crowded. I entered the store and was not greeted by anyone. Next, I walked around, looking for someone to assist me. Many team members looked me in my face or eyes and I know they could tell I was confused, but no one asked or offered help. They would quickly walk away or act distracted. I stood in line for 15 minutes only to be told that mobile orders are picked up at a different location within the store. I was very nervous about going into a cosmetic store and finding the product that will work for me. Not only was everyone very pleasant but the woman who helped me was particularly Knowledgeable and a huge help. Just before my visit, I had visited Ulta and I walked around for 15 minutes was never assisted and felt very overwhelmed. I ended up walking out and not spending any money at that store. Because of my experience at Sephora and the help that I was given, I ended up buying four products that I am very happy with. Thank you to the team there for providing such a great service and experience to your customers.
