My home experienced a large amount of water damage early in July that was caused by another contractor working on the outside of my house. Jose Machado came out, assessed the damage, and turned around an estimate to the insurance company expeditiously. He was professional, explained everything, and was very nice. The Rainbow crew (Geovany, Gerson, and Alex) kept to their scheduled start date and worked full days the entire week to restore my finished basement. Erick came to my home on two occasions after a nasty flood in our basement. He made sure all fans were placed in the correct areas, set up the dehumidifier, and cut out all the ruined drywall. He returned a few days later and picked everything up and the basement was as dry as before the flooding. He is very kind and helpful! My daughter (5) is very talkative and curious and Erick even took the time to answer any crazy questions she had too! He was a pleasure to have in my home! The team mambers were polite and worked fast. They took special care to make sure anything that needed to be removed or dried due to the leak was corrected. They were willing to work with my schedule for showing up to do work and check conpletion.
