“Alan did a great job of photographing a 5 x 6 foot painting of mine that is in a collector's home in Baltimore. It was a difficult painting to shoot because of size and detail. Alan's price was comparatively low and he offered the service of picking up and returning the painting to the client. I live in Los Angeles. I was asking friends and acquaintances for referrals in Baltimore for fine art photography and scanning and they were all at $100 - 150 more than Alan and did not provide transportation arrangements. I even called some frame stores and arts spaces to get referrals. Yelp is very popular in Los Angeles for locating services, restaurants, and other businesses.
