I had a facial, and I enjoyed the service. However, I needed some water but was told they had no water. Water is needed for hydration, and this a wellness program? Also, some had place papers in the toilet, so I was unable to use it, but I later had to, sorry. I hope my appointment is better. I love the location, but if the management doesn't get any such as simply having water, I will need to locate another Masssage Envy location.

** Update to a previous 5 star review 5 month later **In short, just go somewhere else if you are looking for a long term place to go to.I originally gave a 5 star review. That was because Eva is a wonderful esthetician. Really all the folks who work here are great. I especially liked that the the staff was diverse understood the needs of my skin and I saw great improvement. BUT in the last few months I have had to cancel several appointments or downgrade my expected service because the supplies needed were on back order or our of stock. This place deserves so much praise. My back and neck are broken in several places and they have gone out of their way to help me. They definitely have helped me in the healing process. And the massage therapists are wonderful at what they do and do pleasant. They even offer free enhancements. Definitely check out this place!
