I have been this location customer for over 7 yrs.
Multiple times, they canceled my appts at the last minute. Total 5 times I have all the records. I have never canceled my appts or showed up late.
For my recent appt , I fell sick and was running little late to get atleast 30 minutes massage, but the manager/ rep refused that they cannot accomodate that and will charge a whole credit for no show.
There is no courtesy of one time not charging or accommodating to their loyal customer.
I spoke with Teresa back in March, and April, who said she is waiting on the Manager Brit, and it has been 7 weeks, and no one has called back.

I had a facial, and I enjoyed the service. However, I needed some water but was told they had no water. Water is needed for hydration, and this a wellness program? Also, some had place papers in the toilet, so I was unable to use it, but I later had to, sorry. I hope my appointment is better. I love the location, but if the management doesn't get any such as simply having water, I will need to locate another Masssage Envy location.
** Update to a previous 5 star review 5 month later **In short, just go somewhere else if you are looking for a long term place to go to.I originally gave a 5 star review. That was because Eva is a wonderful esthetician. Really all the folks who work here are great. I especially liked that the the staff was diverse understood the needs of my skin and I saw great improvement. BUT in the last few months I have had to cancel several appointments or downgrade my expected service because the supplies needed were on back order or our of stock.
