Avalon Nail & Spa provides good services, with skilled technicians like Dee who listen to clients' requests and deliver high-quality work. However, some clients have expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the establishment. The bathrooms and some linens have been reported to be dirty, which can be a turn-off for some. The work was not bad... but 20 extra dollars for length when 4 of my nails are short and a little excessive to me. I can't add a picture but I have a braided set so 4 of my nails are short to the skin. My other nails are long so I do expect an additional charge. This place does a good job but it’s always dirty, the last time I was here the bathroom was infested with water bugs/ huge roaches. Now this time I’m getting a pedicure and he wrapped my leggings with a towel that appears to be dirty. I feel like if it didn’t get clean in the washer don’t use it on your customers. When I mentioned that the towel looks dirty he just ignored me. The table in the back ( lash/ brow table) has an old blanket on it which is completely dirty! And Candy refuses the wash her hands before applying lashes. This place is so nasty.Services: Pedicure
I discovered this nail salon a little over a year ago - Candy is my girl and the only person I like to do my nails because her shapes are AMAZING. Andy has done my nails one time and he did well also! I love the service received here and I love my nails even more! Any design I ask for, Candy makes it happen! My mother in law sees Candy now after I raved about her so much, and once my daughter is old enough, she will be a regular also!Services: Nail art
