Excellent customer service from start to start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, and the ophthalmologist was friendly, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my eye health. A special 5-star recognition goes to Talaiyah for being incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout my visit. I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding care and professionalism.
I will travel from timbuk2 to see Dr Fuss and his clan in Owings mill... That Office is Too Cool for words!! 😎they are helpful, kind, & staff always above n beyond... so grateful for their genuine concern for your wellbeing on many levels... shout out to the Timonium office as well...🥰😙 you gals are the best... these people are proof God is in the world and they will not forsake you either!!!

Every one is this office is amazing. Beth is excellent, I struggled hard with getting my contacts in and had to come back three times to try. Each time she showed me grace and patience. She continued to encouraged me each time to get the contacts in and continued to show me new methods to be successful with putting my contacts in. This location offers the best customer service of any America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses that I been to!
